We started True Accounting in 2012, as we saw a demand in the market from franchise owners who thrived on the operational side of the business ― and loved and understood the franchise business model. However, they often found maintaining the monthly management accounts challenging and keeping up with statutory submissions a burden.

In addition to handling standard accounting offerings such as salaries and tax services, we can also do your daily journals ― an integral part of any franchised business.
With a new franchisee, we can be with you from the start. Once we have set up a new company for you, we ensure that it meets all compliance requirements. This includes registering with the National Credit Regulator and for Workmen’s Compensation.

We understand the key metrics to report on for the health of a franchised business, in particular, so issues are picked up quickly in a standardised format ― an invaluable asset for franchise owners. We review and analyse key statistics (such as journals) both every day and once a week against your franchise business plan. Any specific problems that are not ‘working to plan’, are highlighted and can be dealt with quickly.
